Good morning.Traffic is finally moving again in downtown Hornell. Thousands of rail fans packed the city yesterday to see Union Pacific’s "Big Boy," the world's largest operating steam locomotive. Officials had to shut down Loder Street for hours to manage the heavy crowds during the historic whistle-stop.In local utility news, N-Y-S-E-G has finished a major power grid upgrade three months ahead of schedule. Crews replaced nearly sixty aging structures across Steuben and Allegany counties. Officials say the early finish saved ratepayers over two million dollars and will boost local power reliability.And a Hornell man is in jail after threatening someone with a rock. Thirty-year-old Treqwanel Hartwell faces a felony weapon charge.
