James Safechuck Faces Questioning in Legal Case Against Michael Jackson's Estate

Today, James Safechuck, a key accuser of the late Michael Jackson, is scheduled to undergo questioning in a legal case against the singer's estate. Safechuck, along with Wade Robson, claims that Jackson sexually abused them as children at his Neverland Ranch. Safechuck's mother, Stephanie, will also provide testimony in the coming weeks. Stephanie was featured in the documentary Leaving Neverland, where she shared details of her family's relationship with Jackson. Despite a previous dismissal of Safechuck's lawsuit, a California Appeals Court decision in 2023 allowed both accusers to pursue civil suits against Jackson's companies. Jackson consistently denied all allegations of child abuse throughout his life.
