Selena Gomez has bid farewell to her Los Angeles home in Encino, selling it for $5.4 million. The property, previously listed for $6.495 million, boasts six bedrooms and was featured in Gomez's cooking series, "Selena + Chef." The kitchen served as the backdrop for the show, where Gomez learned new recipes from professional chefs remotely during the COVID era.
The mansion's kitchen became a recognizable setting for fans of "Selena + Chef," as Gomez honed her cooking skills with renowned chefs like José Andrés and Roy Choi. The property, once owned by rock legend Tom Petty, was extensively renovated before Gomez purchased it in March 2020 for around $4.9 million.
In addition to the kitchen, the estate features two primary suites, a wine cellar, gym, massage room, glam room, office, and vocal booth. Outside, there is a pool, spa, cabana with a bar, fire pit, and outdoor dining space. Gomez also celebrated landing a starring role in "Emilia Pérez" by collapsing onto a bed in the home in August 2024.
