Prolific: Nipsey Hussle and Bino Rideaux's Musical Journey Continues with 'I Just Wanna Know' Video

Nipsey Hussle and Bino Rideaux have dropped the official music video for their track "I Just Wanna Know" featuring Cardi B and Ty Dolla $ign from their highly anticipated joint album, "Prolific." Directed by Norberto Garcia, the video accompanies the release of their 15-song collaborative project, which marks the reunion of Rideaux and Hussle after their 2017 project "No Pressure." The album features production from familiar faces who also worked on Hussle's Grammy-nominated album "Victory Lap," including Mike & Keys, Mixed By Ali, Cyrus Taghipour, and Larrance Dopson.
The creation of "Prolific" dates back nearly a decade when Hussle and Rideaux began working on the project following their collaboration on "No Pressure." Rideaux revealed that they spent around 90 consecutive days recording the album, initially aiming to create music that resonated with women and delved into more vulnerable, melodic themes. The vocal recordings for the album were completed and sent for mixing shortly before Hussle's tragic passing in March 2019.
The music video for "I Just Wanna Know" is the latest visual release following "Reckless" and "Sacrifices," offering fans a glimpse into the creative process during a pivotal time in Hussle's career. The album "Prolific" features guest appearances from Static Major and James Fauntleroy, with a lineup of producers and engineers from Hussle's "Victory Lap" era contributing to the final product.
