Riverside County Sheriff's Office Apprehends Suspect for Flock Camera Theft: Community Urged to Report Suspicious Activity
An 18-year-old suspect was apprehended by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office for allegedly removing a Flock camera in Temecula. Deputies received a tip from a concerned citizen who witnessed individuals loading the dismantled camera into a vehicle near E. Benton Road and De Portola Road. The license plate number provided by the citizen led deputies to locate the vehicle at a residence on Matera Court. Following a traffic stop, the primary suspect, identified as Andrew Anderson, was arrested for grand theft and felony vandalism. The stolen Flock camera was recovered and will be returned to Flock Safety.
