Live Nation Tero, the event organizer, made the announcement on their official Facebook page, expressing regret for the inconvenience caused to fans. The concert, originally scheduled for September 22, 2026, at Rajamangala National Stadium, will be rescheduled for a later date.
Ticket holders for the event will receive refunds through the same channels used for their purchase. Refunds for credit or debit card payments will be processed automatically within two billing cycles. Fans who paid through other methods can request refunds between August 29 and October 31, 2026, during regular business hours. Those who bought tickets at ThaiTicketMajor outlets must return them to specified branches with their details for a refund to be processed.
