Elon Musk's X Lawsuit Dismissed: Judge Upholds New York State Social Media Monitoring Law
A U.S. judge in Manhattan dismissed a lawsuit filed by Elon Musk's X, a part of SpaceX, seeking to overturn a New York state law that mandates social media companies to reveal their monitoring practices for hate speech, extremism, harassment, foreign political interference, and disinformation. The ruling was made by U.S. District Judge John Cronan.
