A sex toy for men was discovered outside a D.C. firehouse on Wisconsin Avenue in Tenleytown, leading to a bomb squad response. The item, identified as an “electronic sex portable pump device” in a police report, was cleared by authorities around 9 a.m. on Wednesday. The firehouse member reported the suspicious device with exposed wires near the firehouse, prompting a response just after 7 a.m. The D.C. police’s Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit and K-9 Unit arrived at the scene to investigate and clear the blue and black colored sex pump device, causing traffic disruptions on Wisconsin Avenue during the morning rush hour.
