Tragic Collision: 11-Year-Old Boy Crashes Truck Into Monks on Pilgrimage, Resulting in Eight Deaths
An 11-year-old boy tragically crashed a pickup truck into a group of monks on a pilgrimage walk in northeastern Thailand, resulting in the deaths of eight individuals. The incident occurred as 35 monks from Mukdahan province were on their pilgrimage journey. Five monks lost their lives at the scene, with three more succumbing to their injuries at a nearby hospital. Additionally, fourteen other monks were hospitalized following the collision. The young driver's actions have led to a devastating loss for the community and the families of the victims.
