Former High School Counselor in Orange County Schools Faces Charges of Indecent Liberties with Students
A former high school counselor in Orange County Schools turned herself in to authorities to face charges of indecent liberties with students. The 37-year-old Lesli Bryant was arrested following a warrant issued by judges. She is charged with two counts of indecent liberties with students and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. The allegations of misconduct by Bryant were reported to school authorities, leading to an investigation by the sheriff’s office and the district.
The incidents of indecent liberties are said to have occurred in November 2025 and involved at least two students. The charge of sexual exploitation of a minor is related to soliciting an inappropriate photo from one of the students. Bryant resigned from her role as a counselor on June 12, and the school district, following protocols, did not name her in their statement.
