7-Eleven ATM Settlement: Claim Your Share of $2.25 Million

If you used an ATM at certain 7-Eleven locations, you may be eligible for a portion of a $2.25 million settlement in a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit alleged that Bank of America charged two out-of-network fees for one balance inquiry at ATMs in 7-Eleven stores. Bank of America denied any wrongdoing but agreed to the settlement. To qualify for the settlement, you must have been a Bank of America customer and used an FCTI-owned ATM in a 7-Eleven between May 1, 2018, and Nov. 16, 2021. If you received a notice of the settlement via email or postcard, you may be eligible to file a claim and select a preferred payment method. Current account holders do not need to take any action. Payments will vary based on the number of impacted current account holders and the number of former account holders who file valid claims. The deadline to file a claim is June 29, 2026, with a final approval hearing scheduled for August 2026. For more information and to file a claim, visit the settlement's website.
