Alleged Plot to Target UFC Freedom 250 Event: FBI Identifies New Suspect Jordan W. Rincker

The FBI has identified another suspect in the alleged plot targeting the UFC Freedom 250 event in Washington, D.C. The newly revealed suspect, Jordan W. Rincker from Missouri, is now one of six publicly identified defendants in the case. The alleged plan involved using explosive drones to target buildings near the event and create chaos, followed by a planned storming of the White House gate.
The plotters reportedly met through a TikTok community called "Vanguard of the Old" before moving their discussions to encrypted Signal chats. The conspiracy allegedly planned to commit murder on the White House grounds and surrounding area during the UFC event, operating from March to June. Members of the group acquired firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear in preparation for the attack.
Prosecutors claim that Rincker played a logistical role in the conspiracy, accepting cash payments, sending funds to co-conspirators, and transferring weapons. The plot was disrupted after a tip from Proper's mother, leading to the identification of other alleged participants in the network. The investigation revealed a larger network beyond the initial five defendants, with multiple chat groups organized by role and location.
There were reported tensions between federal agencies regarding the timing of making the case public. The Secret Service leadership reportedly wanted to delay disclosing the investigation to make additional arrests before alerting other subjects and potentially complicating the ongoing investigation.
