The victim screamed and struggled, prompting two bystanders to intervene and help her break free. The suspect fled the scene and was last seen heading south on Soto Road. The Hayward Police Department is seeking information from the public to locate the suspect, described as a White or Hispanic male with specific physical characteristics and clothing details.
