Former Child Actor Files Lawsuit Against Sean 'Diddy' Combs for Sexual Assault Allegations

A former child actor has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that he was sexually assaulted by the music mogul at a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in 2007. The actor, referred to as Doe in court documents, claims that Combs offered him alcohol before assaulting him. Doe is suing Combs and his agents for failing to protect him from such dangers and alleges that the agents were aware of Combs’ behavior. Combs' representative has denied the allegations, calling them false and ridiculous.

The lawsuit comes as the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office reviews another sexual assault allegation against Combs, related to music producer Jonathan Hay. Hay has accused Combs of sexual battery in 2020. Combs is currently serving a prison sentence for transporting people across state lines for sexual encounters. He was convicted in July 2025 on related charges but acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering.

The allegations against Combs began in 2023 when his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him of sexual and physical assault. This led to a series of accusations and lawsuits, culminating in a federal investigation. The lawsuit filed by the former child actor adds to the legal challenges Combs is facing, as he continues to deny any wrongdoing.
