Alfredo Sauce Recall: Important Information for Consumers in Tennessee and 41 States

A recall has been initiated for over 900 cases of Alfredo sauce distributed in 41 states, including Tennessee, due to potential Salmonella contamination, according to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. The Coffee Connexion Co., Inc. voluntarily issued the recall, which has been classified as a Class I recall by the FDA, indicating a serious health risk if consumed. The affected Alfredo sauce batches have best-by dates between January and April 2028. Consumers are advised to check product codes and lot numbers and refrain from consuming any recalled items.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the recalled Alfredo sauce. Consumers in possession of the affected product are encouraged to either dispose of it or return it to the place of purchase.
