Get ready to witness a historic event as New York gears up to host an extraordinary gathering of tall ships from around the world for Sail4th 250. This unprecedented event will mark the 250th anniversary of American independence on July Fourth, with nearly 50 majestic tall ships sailing into New York Harbor. The International Parade of Sail will showcase vessels from 20 countries, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Spain, and more, as they make their way past iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and the George Washington Bridge.

The International Parade of Sail on July 4th will be a sight to behold, featuring 48 tall ships from 20 countries sailing through New York Harbor. Alongside these impressive vessels, more than 40 U.S. and allied naval ships will be anchored in the Hudson River for the International Naval Review 250. In the skies above, over 120 aircraft, including the renowned Blue Angels, will perform an international aerial review, creating a spectacular display for an estimated 6 million spectators along the 15-mile coastline.

The parade will showcase Class A tall ships, the largest of their kind, ranging from 160 to 370 feet in length. Live coverage of the International Parade of Sail will be broadcast on Telemundo and Peacock, starting at 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. ET. NBCU Local, a media partner of Sail4th 250, will provide extensive coverage from various locations across the city, including Governor's Island, Riverbank Park, Roosevelt Park, and The Intrepid, as well as on board the Queen Mary 2, the USCGC Eagle, and tall ships from Peru and Italy.
