Upon conducting the stop, an NSP K9 unit detected the presence of a controlled substance emanating from the vehicle. A thorough search of the Nissan revealed approximately 525 pounds of suspected cocaine and 9.3 grams of suspected heroin concealed within. The driver, identified as 23-year-old Gurarppan Gill from Yuba City, California, was taken into custody on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute. He was subsequently booked into the Seward County Jail.
