Toyota has issued a recall for nearly 50,000 trucks, specifically the 2024 Tundra vehicles with a V35A engine. The recall is due to potential engine failure caused by debris from the manufacturing process contaminating the engine and leading to a main bearing failure. This could result in an engine stall and loss of power, increasing the risk of a crash. Approximately 43,566 vehicles are affected by this recall, with an estimated 1% having the defect.
