Spotify 20: Your Party of the Year(s) - A Personalized Music History Experience
Spotify is marking its 20th anniversary with a special feature that offers users a personalized look at their music history. The new experience, called “Spotify 20: Your Party of the Year(s),” allows mobile app users to explore data from the time they first joined the platform. Users can discover details like their first day on Spotify, their initial streamed song, most-listened to artist, and the total number of unique songs they've listened to since signing up. Additionally, Spotify is curating an All-Time Top Songs Playlist featuring the top 120 tracks a user has played, along with the number of times each song was listened to.
While not officially labeled as a “Wrapped” feature, Spotify's anniversary experience shares similarities with the annual listening throwbacks. However, this new feature delves much further back into a user's music history. Similar to Wrapped, the “Your Party of the Year(s)” retrospective includes a shareable custom stat card that users can send to friends or post on social media. To access this special experience, users can search for “Spotify 20” or “Party of the Year(s)” in the mobile app or visit spotify.com/20 directly on their mobile devices.
