EU Imposes Sanctions on Officials Involved in Child Abduction from Ukraine

The European Union has taken action against 16 officials who are believed to have assisted Russia in abducting numerous children from Ukraine. These children were reportedly coerced into changing their identities or were put up for adoption. Additionally, sanctions were imposed on seven centers suspected of indoctrinating the children or training them for military service. The EU's move aims to address the alleged human rights violations and protect the affected children.
