The series revolves around the intense rivalry between Dr. Meera, portrayed by Rasika, and her ex-husband Akarsh, played by actor Purab Kohli. In "Out of Love Season 2," Akarsh returns to Coonoor with his new wife, setting off a dangerous game of manipulation and revenge.
