A federal grand jury has indicted two individuals in connection with the assault on Turning Point USA Frontlines reporter Savanah Hernandez that occurred on April 11 near the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis. The assault, captured on video and shared by Hernandez, prompted a swift response from Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet K. Dhillon. Hernandez identified a father and daughter as being involved in the assault, where she was punched, shoved, and thrown to the ground by the angry mob. A video posted later showed the attack being planned, with the father instructing his daughter to blow a whistle in Hernandez's ear before the assault. Blowing a whistle into someone's ear can cause hearing loss by damaging the cochlea, according to medical experts.
