While drinking the orange juice, the woman discovered what she believed to be a large amount of pulp in her mouth, only to find a fingertip of a rubber glove and potentially part of a human finger. She experienced a burning sensation, gagging, and nausea, prompting her to seek medical attention. Despite offering Trader Joe's a settlement of $10,000, the woman's claim was rejected, leading to the filing of a lawsuit seeking damages and attorney fees. Trader Joe's has yet to comment on the matter.
