Florida Man Faces Execution for Setting Neighbor on Fire in Burglary Gone Wrong
A man in Florida is facing execution for setting his neighbor on fire after she caught him burglarizing her home during her lunch break. Chadwick Scott Willacy, 58, is set to receive a three-drug injection at Florida State Prison near Starke for the 1990 killing of Marlys Sather. Willacy was convicted of first-degree murder, burglary, robbery, and arson and sentenced to death a year later based on a 9-3 jury recommendation.
