2026 Webby Awards: Celebrating Excellence in Digital Content

Kendrick Lamar & SZA's music video "Luther" was the recipient of the 2026 Webby Award for music video, while Sabrina Carpenter's "Tears" won the People's Voice Award in the same category. The Webby Awards are determined by members of The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS), while the People's Voice Awards are fan-voted. Some projects received recognition from both experts and fans in various categories, such as Good Hang With Amy Poehler, Heated Rivalry, KATSEYE and GAP's "Better in Denim," and more. The 30th Anniversary class of Webby winners showcases the best of the Internet, with diverse and innovative content creators shaping the digital landscape.

The winners will be honored at a ceremony hosted by The Daily Show writer and correspondent Josh Johnson in New York City on May 11. Google will be recognized as the brand of the year with numerous wins and nominations, while iHeart Media will receive the Webby podcast company of the Year award. PBS was named the Webby media company of the year for its outstanding achievements across various categories. The Webby Awards also introduced the Special Achievement in Creative AI Award, presented in partnership with Adobe, to recognize creatives using emerging technologies. James Gerde was acknowledged for his innovative work as an AI-native filmmaker.
