Global Leaders Convene in Brussels to Discuss Peace in the Middle East

Representatives from over 60 countries are convening in Brussels to engage in discussions with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohamed Mustafa regarding stability, security, and lasting peace in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza. Amidst the ongoing crises in Iran and Lebanon, the global focus on the Middle East remains intense. Belgian Foreign Minister Maxime Prévot, in collaboration with the EU's foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, expressed concerns about the challenges posed by the persistent attacks in the West Bank and the continued turmoil in Gaza, which are hindering the prospects for a two-state solution. The meeting aims to address these pressing issues and explore avenues for sustainable peace in the region.
