Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are gearing up for a court battle in about a month. Lively's team is reportedly considering using a past interview of Baldoni's about Britney Spears against him. In the interview, Baldoni recounted an awkward encounter with Spears on the set of "Jane the Virgin." Lively's team may argue that this incident shows a pattern of harassment on Baldoni's part. Despite some claims being dismissed by Judge Lewis Liman, three claims, including breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting in retaliation, remain unresolved. Attempts to reach a settlement have been unsuccessful, with both parties rejecting proposed deals. The legal dispute between Lively and Baldoni began in December 2024 when Lively filed a complaint alleging sexual harassment and defamation by Baldoni.
