Joe Jonas' Coachella Survival Guide: Tips and Tricks from the Seasoned Festival-Goer

Joe Jonas, a seasoned Coachella attendee, is back at the festival this year and is sharing his top tips for making the most of the star-studded event. The Jonas Brothers musician, 36, spoke with PEOPLE as he headed to the desert to host a party at the Aperol Day Club. He emphasized the importance of stocking up on essentials like sunscreen, external battery packs, and even brought his Xbox for some downtime. At the Aperol Day Club party, guests enjoyed Aperol-inspired nail designs, frozen treats, and tooth gems, with Jonas considering getting his own tooth gem to match his sparkly purple toenails.

As he navigates the festival grounds, Jonas is excited to catch performances from artists like Turnstile, the xx, and Teddy Swims, whom he admires and has listened to extensively on Spotify. He even surprised fans by joining Swims on stage to perform the Jonas Brothers' hit "When You Look Me in the Eyes." Jonas also expressed pride in fellow former Disney Channel star Sabrina Carpenter, who is headlining on Friday, highlighting the success of artists who have transitioned from the Disney-verse.

With a packed lineup and multiple stages to visit, Jonas advises festival-goers to minimize movement and find a comfortable spot to enjoy the music without feeling the need to chase the party. He believes that staying content in one area is key to a successful Coachella experience. The festival, organized by Goldenvoice, takes place in Indio, California, over two weekends in April.
