2026 Terry Fox Run Merchandise Collection: Honoring Terry's Legacy and Supporting Cancer Research

The Terry Fox Foundation is launching the 2026 Terry Fox Run with a new nine-piece merchandise collection featuring designs inspired by Terry's Marathon of Hope. The collection, available for purchase on terryfox.org starting Thursday, pays tribute to the communities Fox ran through during his iconic journey. All proceeds from the merchandise support cancer research in Canada.
The collection includes items such as the official 2026 Terry Fox Run shirt, a long-sleeve tee, hoodie, water bottle, tote bag, and the re-release of the Adidas Orion shoe. Additionally, for the first time, a dog bandana is included in the collection so furry friends can join the movement. Canadian music-makers like Michael Buble, Bryan Adams, Jann Arden, and others are supporting this year's merchandise collection, reflecting the enduring power of Terry's story and the shared commitment to advancing cancer research.
Kirsten Fox, Terry's eldest niece, highlighted the significance of the collection in honoring Terry's legacy and the determination to continue his work. The foundation emphasized the importance of uniting Canadians around the common goal of supporting cancer research. CEO Michael Mazza expressed optimism about the progress in cancer research, fueled by advances in genomic science and technology, offering hope for improved outcomes for patients and families across Canada.
Registration for the 46th annual Terry Fox Run opens on Sunday, the anniversary of the day Fox embarked on his Marathon of Hope in 1980. On that day, all general donations and peer-to-peer fundraising will be matched up to $100,000 by PharmaChoice Canada and its network of pharmacy members. The 2026 Terry Fox Run is scheduled for September 20, inviting participants to join the movement and support cancer research.
