Cuba's troubadour Silvio Rodríguez was presented with a combat AKM rifle and a replica by the Revolutionary Armed Forces after expressing his willingness to take up arms for the country. The event was captured in a video shared by the president's office on Friday. In the video, Rodríguez is shown walking with Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel and other officials in military attire, who then salute as he receives and examines the rifles.
