Stewie: A Time-Traveling Preschool Adventure - Fox's New Spinoff Series

Fox has ordered a two-season spinoff series called Stewie, based on the evil genius toddler son from Family Guy. The show will follow Stewie in preschool and explore time and space travel. It is set to premiere on Fox in the 2027-28 season, with next-day streaming on Hulu and international availability on Disney+.
Stewie will be part of Fox's lineup of long-running animated series, including Family Guy, American Dad!, The Simpsons, and Bob's Burgers. The show will feature Stewie attending a new preschool with unique characters and a 75-year-old class turtle. Stewie's inventive devices will turn mundane school days into wild adventures in space and time.
The spinoff will have its own world at a new school with new characters and will not affect Stewie's character on Family Guy. Stewie's favorite teddy bear Rupert and his time machine will make appearances in the show, along with his companion Brian. Stewie's character has evolved over the years on Family Guy, shifting from world domination to friendship and scientific inventions.
Seth MacFarlane, the creator of Family Guy, will voice Stewie in the spinoff series. The show is produced by Fuzzy Door alongside showrunner Kirker Butler and Kara Vallow. Stewie marks the second Family Guy spinoff after The Cleveland Show. Family Guy has been a cultural phenomenon, with over 450 episodes and strong streaming performance on Fox.
MacFarlane has won multiple Emmys for his work on Family Guy, including Outstanding Voice-Over Performance. The show has also received an Outstanding Comedy Series Emmy nomination. MacFarlane's production company, Fuzzy Door, has a multi-year TV deal with Universal Studio Group, producing successful series like the Ted prequel for Peacock and The 'Burbs starring Keke Palmer.
