KING OF THE WORLD: Trump and Epstein Statue on the National Mall

A new statue depicting President Donald Trump and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in a scene reminiscent of the movie "Titanic" has been installed on the National Mall by the organization Secret Handshake. The statue, titled "KING OF THE WORLD," pays homage to the friendship between Trump and Epstein, highlighting their shared experiences of luxurious travel, raucous parties, and secret nude sketches. The installation features plaques on each side explaining the connection between the two individuals.

Accompanying the statue are 10 giant banners honoring Trump and Epstein, placed along the sides of the installation. Secret Handshake stated that the addition of these banners is a nod to the numerous giant banners of Trump's face that have been added to federal buildings in Washington, D.C. throughout 2026. The organization aims to contribute to this trend by incorporating their own banners into the mix.

The original Trump-Epstein friendship statue, which depicted the two figures holding hands and skipping, gained attention as a piece of protest art when it first appeared on the National Mall in September 2025. Despite being removed by U.S. Park Police for a permit violation, the statue reappeared a week later and remained on display for several days. Secret Handshake has since created other installations, including a 10-foot-tall birthday card allegedly sent by Trump to Epstein, which allowed visitors to sign the card themselves.

The latest statue, featuring Trump and Epstein as Jack and Rose from "Titanic," will be on display until Friday, March 13. This installation adds to the series of provocative artworks created by Secret Handshake that challenge the public perception of the relationship between Trump and Epstein.
