Michael Jackson Siblings' Lawsuit: Allegations of Childhood Sex Trafficking and Abuse

Four siblings have filed a lawsuit against Michael Jackson's companies and estate, alleging that they were sex trafficked as children in the 1990s. The siblings claim that Jackson's employees facilitated and concealed the abuse, and that representatives for his estate compelled them to sign an agreement to prevent them from talking about the abuse they endured. The lawsuit seeks monetary compensation and the voiding of the signed agreement.

The lawsuit accuses Jackson of being a serial child predator who drugged, raped, and sexually assaulted the plaintiffs when they were as young as seven or eight years old. The siblings claim that Jackson's years of brainwashing prevented them from seeking help or comprehending the abuse they endured. The Jackson estate allegedly offered them financial compensation in exchange for signing an acquisition and consulting agreement after the release of the documentary "Leaving Neverland."

The siblings' attorney stated that they are seeking fair compensation for the abuse they suffered and hope their lawsuit will encourage other victims to come forward. The Jackson estate's attorney dismissed the lawsuit as a money grab and accused the siblings of making heinous accusations in exchange for financial gain. The siblings met Jackson through their father, who worked at a hotel where Jackson frequently stayed, and the abuse allegedly continued until days before Jackson's death.

The siblings claim that the document they were induced to sign released the Jackson estate from liability for Jackson's crimes and that they would not have signed it if they had understood its full meaning. They allege that the estate reached out to them to increase compensation, prompting them to demand proportional compensation for the harm caused by Jackson's actions. The estate responded by releasing false and defamatory statements about the siblings to the press.
