Ed Sheeran delighted fans by surprising patients and staff at Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital with an impromptu performance in the foyer. Despite his busy schedule, the global pop superstar took time out of his three-day run of shows at Marvel Stadium to visit the hospital. Sheeran, 35, has been making headlines in Melbourne, arriving in the city after a train journey from Sydney and paying tribute to his late friend Michael Gudinski in St Kilda. The final stop of his Australian tour will be in Adelaide on Thursday.
