RM revealed that he was 83.8 kg when he was a sergeant in the military and has since shed 15 kilograms to return to his desired weight range.

V and Jungkook have also shared their weight loss journeys, with V losing muscle gained during military training and Jungkook showcasing his late-night workout routine.
