Man Arrested for Rampage at Midtown Manhattan Steakhouse and Beyond
A man in his mid-thirties has been arrested for breaking into a steakhouse in Midtown Manhattan. The incident, captured on security cameras, showed the suspect, identified as Jonathan Jones, causing extensive damage to Uncle Jack's Steakhouse on 9th Avenue. He used a metal barrier to break in and proceeded to vandalize the establishment, causing tens of thousands of dollars in damages. After grabbing a bottle of gin and causing further destruction, Jones moved on to a nearby hotel where he allegedly assaulted an employee and stole a fire extinguisher. He then entered a 7-Eleven and discharged the fire extinguisher, creating chaos in the store. The staff at Uncle Jack's had to spend hours cleaning up the mess, disrupting their operations on one of the busiest days of the year. Jones has been charged with burglary and robbery for his actions.
