Demi Lovato Postpones Tour Start Date and Cancels Denver Show Due to Health Concerns

Pop star Demi Lovato has made the decision to cancel five shows on their upcoming tour and delay the start date due to health concerns. This includes the previously announced concert at Ball Arena in Denver. Ticket-holders will be notified by Ticketmaster about the cancellation of the May 5 show, as well as shows in Charlotte, Atlanta, Nashville, and Las Vegas. Lovato, 33, shared on Instagram that they need more time to rest and rehearse before starting the It’s Not That Deep Tour, which will now kick off in Orlando on April 13. Refunds or exchange details will be provided to ticket-holders of the canceled shows, including the one in Denver.

The decision to postpone the tour was made to prioritize Lovato's health and well-being. The singer expressed the need for additional time off to adjust to the tour schedule and ensure they can handle the entire run of the shows. Lovato had initially expressed excitement about the tour, which was set to begin in Charlotte, but will now start in Orlando. Ticket sales for the Denver show began in October, with Lovato promising fans a fun and memorable experience. Despite the cancellations, Lovato apologized to those who were looking forward to attending the concerts.

Ticket-holders for Ball Arena concerts, typically purchased through Ticketmaster, will receive communication regarding refunds or exchanges for the canceled shows. Lovato's decision to prioritize their health and well-being is a reminder of the importance of self-care and taking the necessary steps to ensure one's physical and mental health.
