French Bulldog and Pokémon Card Heist: Crime Wave Hits Brooklyn

Heartless criminals broke into a Brooklyn apartment and stole a French bulldog along with an $8,000 collection of Pokémon cards. The robbers, armed with guns, forced their way into the residence in Bushwick early in the morning. They took the resident's cellphone and then grabbed the dog, named Coco, from another person in the home. Additionally, the thieves made off with the valuable Pokémon card collection belonging to the dog owner. Despite the incident, the culprits managed to escape and were still at large hours later.
This incident is reminiscent of previous thefts involving French bulldogs and valuable items. In a separate case, thieves stole two French bulldogs and a significant amount of clothing from a home in Long Island City. Furthermore, there was a recent incident where a group of individuals raided an event at Poké Court in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. During the event, they smashed display cases and took off with rare Pokémon cards worth over $116,000. Authorities suspect that there is a growing trend of thefts involving Pokémon cards due to their high value in the market.
