Taylor Swift's latest music video for her song "Opalite" has caused quite a stir among fans due to a surprising cameo appearance by actor Cillian Murphy. The idea for the video came about during Swift's appearance on The Graham Norton Show to promote her album "The Life of a Showgirl." Swift shared her creative process on social media, revealing that Murphy was missing from the photos she posted from the video shoot.

In the music video, Murphy cleverly appears at the beginning on a billboard advertising the magical product Opalite and also lends his voice to the ad. This cameo helped dispel any tension between the two stars and added an unexpected twist to the video.

During the show, actor Domhnall Gleeson jokingly expressed his desire to be part of a Taylor Swift music video, which inspired Swift to cast him in the video for "Opalite." In the video, Gleeson and Swift appear as a couple who dance together after using the love chemical.

In addition to Murphy and Gleeson, the video features appearances by Greta Lee and Jodie Turner Smith as singers and a fitness trainer on television, Peter Capaldi as a photographer who joins the couple in the photos, and Graham Norton as an Opalite staff member handing out free samples.
