Paan Ki Dukaan is a high-energy dance number with Shahid Kapoor and Disha Patani, marking their second collaboration after Aashiqon Ki Colony. The music for the song was composed by Vishal Bhardwaj, with lyrics by Gulzar and vocals by Sukhwinder Singh and Rekha Bhardwaj, choreographed by Jani Master.

Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri are actively promoting their upcoming film O Romeo, which is set for a theatrical release soon. During a song launch event in Mumbai for the track Paan Ki Dukaan, fans were invited to join the celebration. However, the event took an unexpected turn when fans rushed the stage, causing chaos and mobbing Shahid. For his safety, Shahid had to step off the stage until security restored order and fans were asked to move back.

O Romeo, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, tells the story of Hussain Ustara, a complex gangster shaped by love and violence in Mumbai's underworld. Based on Hussain Zaidi's novel Mafia Queens of Mumbai, the film is scheduled to hit theaters on February 13. The star-studded cast includes Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Vikrant Massey in a special guest appearance.
