Flagstaff Neighborhood Under Shelter-in-Place Order After Critical Incident
A shelter-in-place has been ordered in part of Flagstaff following a "critical incident" on Wednesday night. The incident occurred in the neighborhood north of Route 66 between Thompson Street and Mark Lane. Residents in the area are advised to shelter in place.
