Minnesota Immigration Enforcement Shift: Reduction of Federal Agents Signals New Strategy
The Trump administration has announced a reduction in the number of immigration enforcement officers in Minnesota following an agreement with state and local officials to cooperate in turning over arrested immigrants. Border czar Tom Homan revealed that approximately 700 federal agents will be withdrawn from the immigration operation in Minnesota, where around 3,000 federal officers are currently deployed.
