Bizarre Taco Bell Drive-Thru Robbery Lands Florida Man in Prison

A man from Florida has been sentenced to four months in prison for a bizarre incident at a Taco Bell drive-thru. Kewarren Lee Anderson, 40, was arrested by the Ocala Police Department after he jumped through the drive-thru window shirtless and robbed workers and customers with a large rock. He was apprehended by a K-9 dog behind a dumpster.

Anderson entered the restaurant wielding a large rock, demanding money from everyone inside before chasing them out. He then fled the scene but was quickly tracked down by the police dog. Body camera footage showed Anderson surrendering behind the dumpster when confronted by the K-9.

The homeless man claimed he needed money during the robbery. Shortly after his arrest, Anderson was involved in a physical altercation with another inmate. He was charged with armed robbery and battery at a detention facility and was sentenced to four years in prison, with credit for time served in the Marion County Jail.
