President Trump's 'Board of Peace' Initiative: A New Approach to Global Conflict Resolution

President Donald Trump has extended an invitation to Russian President Vladimir Putin to join a "Board of Peace" aimed at resolving global conflicts, according to the Kremlin. The invitation was sent through diplomatic channels, and discussions are ongoing to finalize the details of Putin's potential involvement in the initiative. The White House recently announced the formation of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) to oversee the reconstruction of the Palestinian enclave following extensive Israeli bombardment. The proposed board, chaired by Trump, would initially focus on addressing the Gaza conflict before expanding its scope to other global conflicts. Around 60 countries received invitations to join the "Board of Peace," with Hungary being the first to officially sign up. The Trump administration is offering permanent membership to countries that contribute $1 billion within the first year of joining. This development marks a significant step towards establishing a new international peacekeeping body.
