Beyoncé Theft Case: Kelvin Evans Faces Charges for Stealing Hard Drives

Kelvin Evans is currently facing theft and trespassing charges for allegedly stealing multiple hard drives belonging to Beyoncé. The hard drives reportedly contained unreleased music, tour plans, and personal materials. Evans appeared in court virtually and was charged with entering a vehicle with the intent to commit theft and/or criminal trespass.
The incident occurred during Beyoncé's Atlanta stop on the Cowboy Carter Tour when Evans allegedly broke into a vehicle belonging to Beyoncé's choreographer, Christopher Grant. Grant reported the theft to the police after finding his car windows shattered and items missing.
Surveillance footage linked a 2025 Hyundai Elantra to the theft, which belonged to Evans' niece. She stated that Evans borrowed her car on the day of the incident and was seen on camera placing multiple bags into the vehicle. None of the stolen items have been recovered yet.
Evans is set to appear in court again on Feb. 11 as the investigation continues. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
