Competing against Swift for the artist of the year title are Morgan Wallen, Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny, Benson Boone, Chris Brown, Jelly Roll, Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, and Tate McRae. In the song of the year category, Swift's "The Fate of Ophelia" will go head-to-head with tracks from other artists like Wallen, Carpenter, Boone, Doechii, Shaboozey, Warren, Kendrick Lamar and SZA, Leon Thomas, and Myles Smith.
