Beyoncé Car Break-In Suspect to Appear in Court: Live Stream Coverage on Atlanta News First

A man is set to appear in court in Atlanta for allegedly breaking into a rental car belonging to Beyoncé's team during her tour stop in the city. Kelvin Evans is facing charges of entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft and criminal trespass. The stolen items included jump drives with unreleased music, show plans, AirPods, and a MacBook Pro. The court proceedings will be streamed live by Atlanta News First on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

The incident took place on July 8 when Beyoncé's choreographer and a dancer reported the break-in at a parking deck on Krog Street NE. Beyoncé was in Atlanta for her "Cowboy Carter" tour, which had multiple shows at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Kelvin Evans was identified as the suspect by the police in September after being arrested for a parole violation in Hapeville on August 26. He was later released from Fulton County Jail in October on a $20,000 bond.
