Garbage Truck Crash Causes Chaos in East Harlem: Eyewitness News Coverage
A garbage truck crashed into scaffolding surrounding an apartment building in East Harlem, New York on Tuesday morning. The driver of the private sanitation truck lost control and collided with the scaffolding on First Avenue at East 101st Street. The crash caused damage to several parked cars. Two individuals in the garbage truck were treated for their injuries. The buildings department arrived to assess the condition of the apartment.
