Ed Sheeran embarked on a journey to improve his health during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. Despite previous struggles with body image and an unhealthy lifestyle in his twenties, Sheeran recognized the importance of wellness for mental health.
