Worst Cooks in America: Reality Check - Season 30 Premieres with Celebrity Lineup and Entertainment-Themed Challenges
Food Network is set to kick off the 30th season of Worst Cooks in America with a reality TV twist. This season will feature fan-favorite chef Jeff Mauro and chef and restaurateur Tiffany Derry leading rival teams through an entertainment-themed boot camp to transform kitchen disasters into confident cooks. The winner will receive $25,000 for the charity of their choice and bragging rights for their mentor.
The celebrity lineup for this season includes stars from reality TV, music, sports, and pop culture. Contestants such as Lisa Barlow, Downtown Julie Brown, Val Chmerkovskiy, Reza Farahan, Amara La Negra, Ryan Lochte, Manila Luzon, Romeo Miller, Beverley Mitchell, and CT Tamburello will compete in cooking and bootcamp-style challenges that test their culinary skills and physical agility.
The recruits will face baseline challenges to showcase their cooking abilities, with some impressing the judges while others struggle to keep up. Throughout the season, the contestants will tackle entertainment-inspired challenges that combine performance, palate, and problem-solving. The finale will see the most-improved recruits preparing a three-course meal for guest judges, with one emerging as the victor.
This season marks the first without longtime host Anne Burrell, who passed away in 2025. Burrell was known for her passion for food and mentorship on the show.
